Many people want to do Pilates to strengthen the ever-important core muscles and Yoga to lengthen the muscles, so we will be combining these two aspects of training into one 60 minute calorie burning session.

    Kettlebell Training Kettlebells have been around for decades and focus on full body movements. As the body is using more muscles, more calories are burnt, increasing results immensely.
