TRX vs. KETTLEBELLS
Get the best of both worlds!

The TRX is a new trend in exercise equipment. Developed by a navy seal that wanted to take his "workout" with him wherever he went. The TRX can be used for a vast range of exercises using ones body as a weight. The Kettlebells have been around for decades and focus on full body movements. As the body is using more muscles, more calories are burnt, and that increases results immensely. We will alternate the class between TRX and Kettlebells for a full body workout focusing on weight loss, stability, strength and conditioning.

BOOTCAMP! 

BOOTCAMP will be one of our more demanding sessions where members will push their limits. We will combine a number of full body exercises placed in a circuit-training format to push the body's cardiovascular system.

CORE

Core is a part every class, it's a short but intense core segment at the end of all our classes that will focus on the abs and stabilizing muscles. This workout will sculpt your body so that you are ready for beach season.

BUMMY TUMMY

In this class we are going to get those abs flat, tone those legs, and tighten that glutes! 

SPINNING COMBO

A perfect class for individuals that need to move more, great cardio in combination with either Kettlebells, TRX or Trainer's surprise. No matter what your fitness level is, we can work with you through it.

We hold corporate accounts for employers who want to create a healthier, happier staff. We can have a class dedicated just for you and your staff members or create a monthly program that allows your staff to come to any of our classes for a discounted rate!
